The professionals agree that NOTHING can fix a narcissistic personality disorder, NO ONE has a time machine to prevent their traumatic child abuse, neglect and abandonment. The original personality is gone completely, replaced by only a shell of a human being. Thats sad, we must accept that, or risk being destroyed by these people. As my fav psychotic schizophrenic demonpossessed narc with DID told me this week, "you mean nothing to me, you're just next in line", after she instantly switched to her hoodrat alter personality, one of many living inside her head, terrorizing her wonderful host personality that everyone loves. Even the psychward refused admission that night, literally saying she was too crazy for them, sent her to ER for drug screen, antipsychotics and burly police to check for warrants or strap her down. Where is she now? As usual IDK, hope she is in crisis unit preparing for rehab, getting her voices medicated, instead of her usual traphouse. Thats after 8 years of BS including multiple thefts, multiple carthefts even my tractor trailer, and multiple homicide attemps, yes with arrests. She stole 12 cars with 8 years prison for joyriding a friend's car to escape her voices telling her to die.

She can literally stare into mirrors for 12 hours talking to herself nonstop, she says she does not recognize herself, because she is talking to her dissociated alter personalities. Classic definition of narcissist. Often nude holding same painful pose for hours with knives digging in her vagina to kill invisible bugs from meth and fentanyl psychosis. Its really creepy the first time you realize she is alone in the bathroom, not talking on her phone, for hours.  Her sister's husband hides all the mirrors when she visits, an effective temporary cure, but mostly she is banned.

Her schizophrenic mom would call me and talk nonstop for 3 hours, i did not understand most of what she said, but it was comforting to hear her crazy voice while trying to stay awake in my big rig. Both of them. Like listening to an approaching freight train that turns out to be a tornado. Her family said her mom went to prison for pimping her toddlers, her mom refused to trll me why she went to prison, my friend got foster in projects that was worse. Her mom was probably abused the same way by her crazy parents, her granpa was a preacher. Her mom died because i didnt call 911, after she told me not to, i knew better, i just didnt want to deal with her junkie BS and i had to go to work because her psycho daughter got me evicted at gunpoint. She died in a psychward one month later. Her dad died by blowing his head off on Fathers Day, 2 weeks before dr said he would die of cancer after working 38 years in a nuke bomb factory, he was on massive pain meds so not thinking clearly. Suicide cost her family $650,000 reduction in life insurance. She had told him to hurry and die so she can pee on his grave for refusing to give her drug money, he begged her to quit instead of be methadone addicts like her parents. President Trump calls it chemical warfare by communist China and CIA to murder millions of Americans and overthrow USA 

I agree with what Professor Vaknin teaches, psychiatrist Dr Colin Ross MD agrees that trauma counselling for DID can cure half of these people, but half are incurable, they probably dont even try for people with history of violence. Ive dated a dozen felons, ive done alot worse than any of them for a govt paycheck, or didnt get caught. I agree with Vaknin and Ross, there is a glimmer of hope if you can isolate the normal alter and build it stronger and talk with the child alters without being murdered, those carry extreme rage from child abuse.

The DSM5 removed the word psychopath, replaced by narcissist, sociopath and antisocial personality disorder. The Bible calls them reprobate, Jezebels of murder and destruction, impossible to cure. Yet Jesus and his desciples cured demon possessions, which appears to be multiple personality disorder aka dissociative identity disorder aka schizophrenia, when DID begins in an abused child before learning to speak.

Risk Management is how professionals survive potentially deadly careers. Anyone attempting a relationship with a narc should spend years studying the works of Vaknin and Ross, to have a chance at surviving the encounter. The one-sided "relationship" will still suck badly for you. Impossible to have a loyal LTR with anyone with DID MPD schizophrenia whom is not integrated into one normal personality, or other alter personalities will hate you and cheat on you perhaps with no memory of you at all, perhaps kill you. That is their normal survival skill or they would be dead from child abuse. Requires a miracle worker to unravel that knotted ball of string in their brain, even Jesus knew that, he was murdered beside them and by them.
