Additionally, Inspector McKee will testify that two avionics racks were installed into the aircraft, an installation which constituted a major alteration, without the necessary 337 form being submitted to and approved by the FAA. Further he will testify that after a major alteration of an aircraft has been performed a 337 form must be submitted to and approved by the FAA before that aircraft can be considered airworthy. Finally, he will testify that Gryder Networks, LLC operated the aircraft on 10 flights subsequent to the installation of these avionic racks (prior to a 337 form for this installation being submitted to (and approved by the FAA) and therefore these 10 flights were operated in an unairworthy condition.

The FAA is reportedly considering suspending the license of Daniel Wayne Gryder, following his arrest last fall on charges of aggravated assault and obstruction of an officer.
As ANN reported in November, according to local law enforcement reports (which a number of witnesses are disputing), Gryder allegedly nearly clipped a Spaulding County, GA code enforcement officer's vehicle with the wing of his DC-3 in an attempt to avoid being arrested. The report at the time indicated that he was being cited for unauthorized driving on airport property, but Gryder allegedly refused to sign the documents, climbed into his 1937 DC-3, and started the engines. Gryder then allegedly ignored orders to stop his plane from local police, and the only thing that stopped him from flying away was a reported lack of fuel for the airplane.
When he was refused refueling, he shut down the engines of the vintage Douglas and submitted to arrest.
Now, television station WAGA in Atlanta reports that the FAA is looking at suspending Gryder's pilots license for "reckless" behaviour in the incident. The Fox station's report appears haphazardly prepared, even calling the DC-3 a 'jet' and admitting that that they have not gotten Gryder's side of the story.
Documents filed by the FAA indicate they consider his actions "so careless" that he endangered the lives of others. A FOIA request with the FAA confirms that a Notice of Proposed Certificate Action is underway, but that the statement relies solely on testimony by the same local airport officials who went after Gryder in what has been described as a 'long-term' campaign of mutual antagonism. A number of local reports from persons with experience at the Griffin-Spaulding airport suggest that Gryder's problems are due to a 'failure to play nice' with political issues involving airport access and a local government that has had more than its share of scandals in the last few months.
The station reports that Delta has said Gryder is still flying for them, after being suspended following the original incident last fall. ANN is developing additional information on this story, and will report it when it becomes available.

Probable Cause:
The accident was due to the following:
- The Pilot in Command (PIC) decided to conduct the VFR approach even though he was aware of the prevailing instrument weather conditions at the airport,- It is likely that a wrong vertical profile was flown due to an erroneous selection on the navigation system,- Due to an insufficient situational awareness of the pilots the descent was not aborted in time.The following factors contributed to the accident:- Insufficient Crew Resource Management (CRM).
All aircraft, regardless of speed, can kill, even ultralights at 30 mph, which is the average speed of fatal motorcycle crashes in the Hurt Report. 150 years ago, our government alleged that 11 mph was deadly for all train passengers, the human body cannot withstand such trauma. Tennessee Code in 2021 orders that all car drivers are guilty of reckless driving at 16 mph, subject to arrest and 1 year jail, for violating Top Secret unposted 15 mph speed limits in 55-8-152 d1B.

Tarzan did have a valid medical certificate and jet pilot license, contrary to Fake News. The FAA Database is incomplete, incorrect and hacked, sabotaged or censored. The church held a copy of Lara's current medical certificate in 2019, valid for 2 years, signed by Dr. Bruce Hollinger, a senior aviation medical examiner in Nashville, the FAA refused comment. The current FAA database lists no pilot named Joe Lara.
The Citation 501SP is rated for single pilot operation, both pilots had valid instrument ratings and multi engine ratings. Tarzan had 22 years training at Flight Safety International, the #1 school for airline pilots worldwide.
On the radio recording released by air traffic control, an "alarm" is alleged to be heard by Fake News "indicating catastrophic failure". In reality that is a normal spark plug ignitor in the jet engines that automatically turns on during normal flight in clouds to prevent engine flame out, that causes normal radio interference.
Comments by victims' friends and family who refuted the above premature amateur crash "analysis" guesstimate opinion videos, allege there were passenger texts about a minor inflight emergency by mechanical failure and they were attempting an emergency landing by ditching in the water.
Attitude gyros can be slow to spool up, I've sat on the tarmac many extra minutes waiting on a new Lancair Columbia gyro to spool up, or was it delayed by GPS to get locked on all satellites? Perhaps Joe Lara had an autopilot or trim malfunction causing loss of control? I have flown in a beech bonanza with runaway pitch trim, it was 100% unflyable and deadly with autopilot on, luckily we just flew with autopilot off. I helped my dad build a Lancair jetprop, all we did was the fastbuild plastic airframe, then farmed out to an AnP to install systems n paint. I previously worked on supersonic F111s n F16s n nukes, I'm a private pilot with 100s of hours flying beech barons with my dad. While my dad was flying with my brother who is a commercial cargo pilot, the lancair suffered a runaway autopilot pitched forward vertical nose down, unable to turn off, only a side stick requiring max force to maintain horizontal pitch until landing, required both of them exerting max force on both control sticks and my brother is strong. If it had been only my dad or my dad n myself he would have crashed. Investigation revealed a chafed wire in horizontal stabilizer, according to avionics mechanic. My dad had 10,000 hours mostly multiengine barons but a few other turboprops and citations. Such a malfunction could have caused Joe Lara's crash, or gyro malfunction in clouds. None of that considered by Gryder, it was instantly blamed on the church, NM many Hollywood actors own jets without crashing, much faster and more complex that a base model Cessna citation that is basically a prop plane with internal combustion engines replaced by turbofans.
The amateur video "analyst" Gryder alleged the FAA and NTSB abandoned the entire crash wreckage at the bottom of the shallow lake, never mind deadly toxic waste killing fishermen and their families. Actually most was recovered, but not all, from water only 2-foot deep to max 8-foot deep, did it disintegrate midair spreading debris across the lake, did the tail section disappear? None of the Fake News video from the alleged crash site showed signs of major wreckage nor oil slick. Fake News did report the 2 engines were recovered, no photos, so perhaps the fuselage remains buried underwater abandoned, along with all evidence of foul play, that may be removed or tampered with.
