Im in a similar situation considering a micro airstrip in a rural area on top of a mountain, but it may upset my chickens. Our govt buzzes my house with formations of C130s on afterburner at midnight as screaming women get merdered in my front yard, thanks to TWRA police releasing breading pairs of mountain lions at the neighborhood state park, to assist the coyotes bears and wolves in culling the human population of Tennessee.

Thats what I did after an adverse ALJ decision in my Social Security Disability hearing, very common. The federal magistrate wrote a blistering opinion overturning the ALJ, forcing the ALJ to retire, even attorneys were scared of him. It only required 13 years to win my case without a lawyer, after lawyers refused my case.
For the past 2 years SSA banned all hearings with ALJs nationwide, due to communist COVlD Civil War in World War 3 genoclding millions of US citizens. Only telephone hearings allowed, which is a ban on constitutional due process.
Yet 65M illegal alien felons get $1M cash and free everything with immunity from arrest and deportation.

Fight your next "routine traffic ticket", and WIN, even if you pop a wheelie by speeding in front of 2 state troopers and never appear in court for your case, you too will get a polite phone call from the prosecutor dismissing your case without any payment by you. Thats THE LAW on PUBLIC SAFETY.
