Im here to respond to statements at a prior commission meeting, by Knox District attorney general Allen, regarding jails doing more to save lives in the "opium epidemic".
I agree, jails do save lives of addicts, but can do alot more. This honorable commission has the power to do more.
Opium Wars have been waged against America since the Revolutionary War. At the Boston Tea Party, patriots dressed as Indians tossed British opium into the sea, or stole it for resale. Today, police intercept shipments of fentanyl at the mexican border and every port in USA. Each 20-ton load of fentanyl is enough to kill every human on planet Earth. President Donald Trump calls this fentanyl, "chemical warfare" from Communist China, thats murdering tens of thousands of Americans.
Let us not forget that inmates are people and citizens.
My uncle was a prisoner on death row for serialkilling and mass murder. The national news named him American Gangster. He got limited medical care for gunshots during arrest. He was lucky, many inmates were tortured to death without trial. He endured a death march on city streets walking beneath inmates hanging dead from lampposts. 50,000 inmates who did not go on a death march spent life in prison and tortured to death in communist Russia. My uncle spent 1 year as a prisoner of war in Nazi Germany during World War 2. During the war, his mother in Tellico Plains used German inmate labor from the POW camp in Crossville. She fed the Germans all the food they could eat on her farm, hoping her son would survive as a POW eating rat stew.
My uncle survived the war and got elected to county commission in Monroe County as a Democrat. His daughter is currently a chief justice on Tennessee Supreme Court.
Let us not forget that inmates are citizens who contribute, if they are allowed to survive jail.
A terrorist bomber was on death row here in Knoxville. This terrorist was arrested for plotting to blow up bridges in Knoxville for the federal government. That terrorist was a Christian preacher who owned a newspaper, Parsons Blownlow. He was arrested for treason by a Knox County commissioner. His fellow terrorists were executed. This terrorist bomber was pardoned by the Confederate president. After the Civil War he was elected the governor of Tennessee and to the United States senate, as a Republican.
I currently have friends in jail and prison, including Knox County Detention Facility, due to their disease of addiction to opiates. Their crimes include buying one 5 dollar box of Sudafed at Walgreens, joyriding cars from friends when the voices tell them they will die if they dont, and hosting Bible home church.
Some of them I put in jail to save their lives, as last resort to get medical care, and try to keep them safe from drug dealers, who overdose them "blue and dead" one ER doctor wrote. I prosecuted their drug dealers and got traphouses seized. They also have severe disabilities like traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, severe mental disorders, suicide attempts, and schizophrenia, which is dementia for young people. They are not being treated for these medical conditions, despite prior diagnoses. This puts their survival upon release at risk.
One friend, Stephanie Mendez, went psychotic in jail for 2 years. Her crime was possessing 10 tobacco cigarettes. Her first day out of jail, she was kidnapped and murdered by forced overdose. Im attempting to arrest her killers, which would be the first conviction of a drug dealer for murder by OD in Davidson County. Actually, she survived the overdose, in coma at Tristar Skyline Medical Center, breathing with heartbeat, pain response, brainwaves normal for sleep that spiked when I visited. Doctors kept her in forced coma on fentanyl IV rather than Narcan antidote for opiate overdose.
The medical examiner signed her death certificate even though she was still alive. Two days later, doctors tortured her to death by knives and saws. No pain meds nor sedatives allowed, only a paralyzing daterape drug like Dexter, until her beating heart was cut out of her chest. Medicare insurance paid her doctors $5-million for her murder by organ harvest. Thousands of drug addicts are murdered this way in USA, like Christians are arrested and murdered in Communist China. The drug dealer who picked her up from jail is employed by an organ harvest company.
Sick inmates require help to transition back to society as productive lawabiding citizens. They need to be on SSI with medical insurance, education, housing and foodstamps in place BEFORE their release. Instead they are denied medication for psychosis, starved of nutrition which causes dementia and psychosis, they are stripped naked in straightjackets and restraint chairs and placed in illegal solitary confinement which causes psychosis, hearing voices telling them to kill themselves, seeing Satan and demons, seeing heads change bodies, when clean and sober for years in lockup.
They need to be in psychiatric hospitals long term until stabilized medically and financially. Programs currently exist to do this, but inmates are denied services, instead each getting dozens of petty arrests, living years in jail.
This county needs a Mental Health Court, not just a drug court, for the safety of all its citizens. Get mental health fixed and the drug problem disappears.
I request that Commissioners investigate how to create a Mental Health Court.

Before I fled commission, the main discussion was nomnomnom how to loot the taxslaves of billion$ by moving govt offices out of the palatial city county building to the abandoned East Towne Mall, owned by a convicted gangster according to bankrupt Metro Pulse, its lady writer soon wound up sleeping with fishes, in the lake, in winter. A circus tent is appropriate accommodations for clowns. Disturbing that nobody LOL with me.

On a semipositive note, on the day of my speech, my schizophrenic friend was evicted from jail and kidnapped by a strict halfway house and Drug Court. She can choose that life or go back to prison 1.5 years, for stealing my car and shoplifting $1 at walmart. No antipsychotics allowed so the voices will tell her to flee or die. Hence my speech for Mental Health Court.
Today she hates me for being too tired to get out of bed and be her slave bearing dirty laundry and free gifts. I put her in jail for coming home from work to yet another random dude in my bed, Id rather lock her up than shoot a pos, too much paperwork, I dont like paperwork.
I tried to ditch her at ER to go to psychward #21 this year, but she saw dead people and afraid to get out of car for nurses, so I let 5 cops have her. A single antipsychotic injection costs $3,000, a single lawyer to win conservatorship costs $10,000. Im paycheck to paycheck working 7 days a week up to 168 hours a week. Im not the only one in this situation, millions of US are robbed yearly by the communist police state deathcamp industrial complex.
God help us save ourselves, please exorcise these demons amongst us, please replace Church of Satan in jails with Christian exorcisms that cures schizophrenia, in Jesus name, Amen.
